Since I'm still in the process of designing my website, I would appreciate any feedback on what consumers prefer on a real estate website.  Keep it simple??  Basic MLS searches or detailed information on everything from schools, county zoning, lava zones etc....?  Please respond if you have time.  Mahalo!!
